I’ve spent over 15 years in the trenches of the biopharmaceutical industry , specializing in MS&T and Process Science. Over the course of my career - leading teams of up to 15 FTEs , managing complex CMC programs through to BLA submissions , and designing GMP-compliant facilities - I learned a vital lesson: your technical data is only as good as the strategy executing it.
I also learned that many brilliant startups and lean clinical ops teams hit a wall because they don’t have a dedicated, tier-1 executive to handle the operational heavy lifting. But you shouldn't have to take on the massive overhead, equity commitments, and long recruitment lag of hiring a full-time CTO or VP of Tech Ops just to clear your current milestone.
That’s why I operate as a Fractional & Interim Leader. I step directly into your organization, roll up my sleeves, and steady the ship exactly when you need it.
When I’m not helping biotech companies navigate complex scale-ups or streamlining supply chains , you can usually find me exploring new market strategies , mentoring up-and-coming talent , or drawing on a diverse operational background that even includes a past life managing regulatory affairs and production for a microbrewery (where I learned early on that good quality assurance matters, whether it's an innovative beer style or a viral vector).
